Stand-by indicator does not light up

 

Mains lead unplugged / multipoint connector switched off.

Check mains lead / switch multipoint connector on.

 

Front panel switch is in OFF position.

Set front panel switch to ON position.

No picture

The receiver can’t receive the signal.

 

Check the antenna cable, replace the cable, or connect the cable to the receiver tightly.

Incorrect values of some tuner parameters.

Set the values of tuner parameters correctly in menu Installation.

Wrong direction of the dish.

Check the signal strength and adjust your dish correctly.

 

No picture or sound on TV

Input is not selected on your TV.

Switch to correct TV input.

 

TV or VCR is not connected to main.

Bad cable connection.

Check mains lead.

Firmly plug in cables between receiver and TV.

Audio muting.

 

Press the MUTE button.

 

Receiver is switched to DVD/VCR scart input

Press DTV/VCR button.

TV power off.

The receiver switches to STBY automatically.

Auto Standby function is activated and reached the adjusted time (default 3h).

In the menu System>Auto Standby you can adjust the Auto Power Down time or disable it.
