Problem	Possible cause	What to do
Standby light not lit	-Power supply unplugged -Mains fuse blown - IR-Eye not well connected or defective	-Connect Power supply -Check fuse -Check connection of IR-Eye or try another one
No signal found	-Antenna is disconnected -Antenna is damaged/misaligned - Out of digital signal area	-Check antenna lead -Check antenna position - Check with dealer / installer of the SAT System or call the support hotline
No picture or sound	-Tuned to digital teletext channel -Bad reception -Channel has changed Transponder or Audio/Video data values	-Reduce to another channel -Check Signal -Check according to satellite service or at www.lyngsat.com
The remote control unit (RCU) will not operate your receiver	- Power supply unplugged -RCU not aimed correctly -IR-eye obstructed, not well connected or defective -RCU batteries exhausted	- Connect Power supply -Aim RCU at IR-eye -Check for obstructions, connection of IR-Eye or try another IR-Eye -Replace the batteries
Incorrect information in the EPG	Loading data needs time	Try to reopen the EPG or change to another channel and back, have a little patience with it
Receiver doesn’t respond (hung up)	Large amount of data	Disconnect the Power supply and wait a few seconds before connecting Power supply again.
