The remote control unit (RCU) will not operate your receiver
- Power supply unplugged
-RCU not aimed correctly
-IR-eye obstructed, not well connected or defective                            
-RCU batteries exhausted
 
- Connect Power supply
-Aim RCU at IR-eye
-Check for obstructions, connection of IR-Eye or try another IR-Eye
-Replace the batteries
Incorrect information in the EPG
Loading data needs time
Try to reopen the EPG or change to another channel and back, have a little patience with it
Receiver doesn’t respond (hung up)
Large amount of data
Disconnect the Power supply and wait a few seconds before connecting Power supply again.
Forgotten channel lock code
 
Re-install channels to cancel channel lock
